Horus Mentoria: Name used in this document to identify the controller and owner of this website, HORUS MENTORIA, headquartered in the city of São Paulo, SP.
1. Caption
Cookies: Files sent by the Portal server to the Visitors' computer, with the purpose of identifying the computer and obtaining access data, such as pages browsed or links clicked, thus allowing the Visitors' navigation on the Portal to be customized, according to their profile.
IP: Abbreviation for Internet Protocol. It is a set of numbers that identifies the Visitors' computer on the Internet.
Logs: Records of Visitors' activities carried out on the Portal.
Portal: Designates the electronic address http://www.horusmentoria..com.br and its subdomains.
Visitor: Any person who browses the Portal.
User: Visitors who are authenticated in the Portal system.
Web beacons: Programming lines on programming pages that are intended to obtain details of the user's navigation, such as how long the website was open, which address was visited next, among others.
2 - Obtaining data and information
2.1 - Data and information will be obtained when Visitors interact with the various features on the Portal, providing information voluntarily, such as in the “contact us” section, for example.
3 - Storage of Data and Information
3.2 - All data and information collected from Visitors will be incorporated into the Portal database, for which Horus Mentoria is responsible.
3.2 - The data and information collected will be stored in a secure environment, in compliance with the available state of the art, and may only be accessed by people qualified and authorized by Horus Mentoria.

e) Ensure the safety of Visitors;
f) Keep Visitors' records up to date for contact purposes by telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail or other means of communication;
g) Inform about news, promotions and events of Horus Mentoria and its business partners.
4.2 - The database collected by the Horus Mentoria Portal WILL NOT be shared, sold, assigned, transferred, disclosed or rented to third parties.

7 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 - This Privacy Policy will be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language, and the Court of the District of São Paulo in the state of SP will be elected to resolve any dispute, question or doubt arising therefrom.
